个人简历 Personal resume
刘建国:1968年出生,国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才入选者。任中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院院长、研究员,中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师,中国科学院大学兼职教授,大气污染和温室气体监测技术与装备国家工程研究中心主任,中国光学工程学会常务理事,中国环境科学学会常务理事。曾任“十二五”863资源环境技术领域主题专家、 科技部“蓝天科技工程”重点专项总体专家组成员、京津冀区域大气污染防治联合研究总体专家组成员、中科院战略性先导科技专项(B类)“大气灰霾追因与控制”总体组成员。
主要从事环境光学监测技术研究, 目前承担大气环境领域国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目、国家重点研发计划项目等任务。曾多次主持完成国家863计划、中科院先导专项等项目,已获130多项发明专利授权,发表论文200余篇,曾获国家科技进步二等奖4项,省部级科学技术一等奖6项、二等奖3项等奖励。获2020年度安徽省重大科技成就奖。
2004年荣获“合肥(青年)专业技术拔尖人才”称号,2005年荣获“省直机关优秀青年”称号,2007年获国务院政府特殊津贴,2008年获得“科技奥运先进个人”荣誉称号, 2011年荣获第12届“安徽青年科技奖”,2013年入选中组部“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。
担任《大气与环境光学学报》、《红外与激光工程》、《环境工程》、《能源环境保护》、《中国环境监测》、《Sensors》等期刊编委。
