个人简历 Personal resume
  郑金星,男,研究员,博士生导师,国家自然科学基金杰青项目、优青项目获得者,中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院科研规划处处长。主要从事磁约束核聚变超导电物理工程研究工作,曾在美国普林斯顿大学等离子体物理实验室、瑞士保罗谢勒研究所等机构访问学习工作。

  主持国家重点研发计划1项以及国家自然科学基金重点项目、杰青、优青和面上等项目5项,同时承担中国科学院重点部署、美国能源部国际合作、安徽省科技重大专项、安徽省杰青(及杰青延续资助)等项目20余项,担任中国科学院“十四五”科教基础设施“聚变能源关键核心装备研发能力提升项目”副总工程师。承担中国聚变工程实验堆、十三五重大基础设施大型超导磁体等相关设计和研制任务,负责完成俄罗斯NICA大科学装置MJ级超导储能磁体系统、美国空间磁重联装置FLARE、反场箍缩实验装置KTX等国际科学前沿装置磁体系统的研发,并投入科学运行。在Superconductor Science and Technology、IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity、Plasma Science and Technology等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,授权发明专利60余项。

  入选2021年美国《麻省理工学院技术评论》第二十一届全球35岁以下科技创新者(MIT TR 35 Global)、2023年度首届中国电工技术学会青年科技奖、2023年团中央全国青年马克思主义者培养工程首期科技班、安徽省学术技术带头人、中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员等。基于空间超导磁等离子体电推进核心技术获2021年安徽省技术发明一等奖,针对密绕型大储能超导磁体关键技术及应用相关工作获得2024年中国电工技术学会科技进步一等奖,同时以主要贡献者身份获2021年中国电工技术学会科技进步一等奖(第2)和2023年北京科学技术奖技术发明二等奖(第2)等。

  担任IEEE NPSS TNC国际核与等离子体科学委员会委员、中国青年科技工作者协会理事、中国电工技术学会应用超导专业委员会副秘书长、中国电工技术学会电工理论与新技术专委会、中国宇航学会电推进专委会委员、中国电工技术学会超导标准化委员会委员、国际电工超导技术委员会(IEC/TC90)委员。担任第28届国际磁体大会(MT)、第30届国际聚变工程大会(SOFE)技术委员会委员、第16届欧洲应用超导大会(EUCAS)、第26届、28届国际磁体大会(MT)和近3届美国超导大会(ASC)分会主席等。近5年在国际磁体大会MT、欧洲应用超导大会EUCAS、美国应用超导大会ASC等国际会议邀请报告10余次(大会报告3次),担任IEEE Transaction on Applied Superconductivity、IEEE Transaction on Plasma Science专题编辑。同时,申请人长期受邀担任Superconductor Science and Technology、IEEE Transaction on Plasma Science、 Plasma Science and Technology、 Nuclear Fusion等十余个期刊审稿人。
