陈新德,中共党员,博士,教授级高级工程师,博士生导师,中国科学院广州能源研究所能源化工研究室主任。在石油化工系统工作近二十年,从事过技术改造、科研开发、长远规划的制定、装置的基本建设、设备维护、装置开车调试,承担过多项中国石化、中国石油集团公司科研、技改项目,有丰富实际工程经验,曾获中国石油化工集团公司“科学技术进步奖”三等奖。近年来一直从事基于工农作物废弃物等廉价原料水解制糖、乙酰丙酸和糠醛,水解液发酵制微生物油脂、丙酮和丁醇,生物质气化-费托合成制醇、芳烃、生物航煤等方面的研究,并锂离子电池材料、相变储能材料、有机高分子分离材料、MOFs材料等方面开展了许多工作。先后承担了国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金,广东省、江苏省、广州市、淮安市等科技攻关项目,广东省、江苏省、安徽省、河南省等各地的成果转化项目,及企业委托项目等30余项,建成了多套百吨级、千吨级的中试示范装置。在国内外期刊上发表了170多篇论文、其中被EI/SCI收录130余篇,申请发明专利117项,其中68项获得授权。
