个人简历 Personal resume
1994年获南京大学物理系半导体物理与器件专业学士学位;1994-1998年南京大学物理系半导体物理与器件和凝聚态物理专业硕博连读;1998年入选中国科学院中德联合培养实验物理学博士计划,研究微波光子辐照下单、双量子点中的电荷输运,2001年获德国慕尼黑大学物理学博士学位;2002-2004年剑桥大学卡文迪许实验室微电子研究中心和日立剑桥实验室博士后,研究用于读取量子信息的射频单电子晶体管和射频点接触电荷计;2004-2006年美国威斯康星州大学麦迪逊分校的电子和计算机工程系博士后,从事研究包括应变硅量子点、空间弯曲二维电子气、电子场发射和纳米机械式单电子晶体管中的电荷输运,面向生物质谱仪的NEMS质量/动量探测器和基于电子场发射的电荷/能量探测器。

2007年12月到中国科学院苏州纳米所工作,建设固态太赫兹器件与应用实验室与团队,现为纳米器件研究部主任,中国科学院苏州纳米所学术委员会委员。研究工作针对太赫兹核心器件瓶颈问题,围绕太赫兹波与二维电子气相互作用及其器件效应,承担多项重要科研任务,研究太赫兹探测器/混频器/调制器、雷达/通信接收机和视频成像相机等应用组件,推进太赫兹科学仪器、无损检测、焦平面成像、通信和雷达应用。
