   长期以来从事光功能材料的设计、合成、特性和应用研究,在高效稀土发光材料和纳米材料的制备、特性与应用方面,开展了大量富有成效的工作,积累了丰富的理论知识和实践经验,相关研究为开展光信息与功能材料的合成和特性研究及其应用奠定了良好的基础。目前研究侧重于新型光信息与功能材料的合成与特性研究,特别是白光LED、LCD等绿色照明与高端显示用高效发光材料的设计、合成与应用以及稀土纳米材料的设计与合成、表面功能化及其在生物医学应用的研究。
