研究方向 Research direction
稀土磁性薄膜的磁性能与其在微机电系统和射频电子器件中的应用,主要通过多层膜设计、软硬多层复合提高钕铁硼为代表的稀土永磁薄膜的各向异性和磁能积等关键磁性能,并结合微纳加工优化其性能,开发半导体兼容的器件制备工艺。
新型自旋电子学材料研究,主要探索自旋霍尔效应、轨道霍尔效应等新兴的电控磁性机制与多层耦合磁性结构相结合所产生的如自旋霍尔纳米振荡器等新颖功能器件的开发。
